To provide access to a new user you have to: 

  1. Click on your email address in the right corner on the top of the dashboard
  2. Click on Access Management 
  3. Click on “Add new user” button
  4. Provide the Supervisor status to a user if you want that this new user have a possibility to give access to other users and have access to all sites within an account
  5. In case, if you don’t want to provide Supervisor status for a user, you should choose sites to which a new user should have access 
  6. Add name & email and click on the “Add” button 

 * If you can not see “Access Management” section in the dashboard, please contact support team. In this case you have “Manager” status, which is set by default for every new user in the dashboard. This status does not have a right to add a new user
